Paladar Cubano

A Mexican taco truck? Nope.
Take another look. This truck on the SW corner of Aurora and 90th serves up satisfying portions of cuban cuisine. A friend and I, along with a steady line of customers, ate here last week and received friendly and quick service. We sat in the sun at the picnic table next to the truck as lively cuban music played in the background.
I enjoyed a delicious Media Noche sandwich, which used mustard and pickles (which I've previously only combined on hot dogs and bratwurst) to compliment the roasted pork quite nicely. My friend enjoyed the Steak de Puerco plate, including a cuban salad and a generous portion of rice and beans.
Tacos and other options are also available, all at an affordable price.
